We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator with milling, blueprint reading, and measurement experience to join our team. This role involves operating CNC Milling, Lathes, or Swiss Turns to produce quality parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts following established procedures and guidelines.
- Load parts into machines, adjust controls, set offsets, and perform simple edits as necessary.
- Change tools and perform tool offsets as required for different machining operations.
- Perform deburring and other secondary operations to ensure part quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand machining requirements.
- Use precision measurement tools to verify part dimensions and ensure accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Knowledge of basic machining principles and measurement techniques.
- Ability to perform simple edits and tool changes on CNC machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machining techniques and processes.
Working Hours:
First shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
First shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
Second shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Third shift: 11:00pm-7:00am
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Salary : $18 - $23
