Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and clients by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide information about services, insurance coverage, billing, and policies.
- Handle patient registration, data entry, and documentation with accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, or additional assistance.
- Support team members with general office duties as needed.
