Position Responsibilities: Receives and analyzes dispute, identity theft, credit bureau and fraud claims from members and employees and determines appropriate resolutions Receives and analyzes suspicious activity to make determination of BSA-SAR filings and other appropriate resolutions Monitoring fraud and BSA software program (FCRM) for compliance with BSA reporting, which includes filing Currency Transactions Reports(CTR), as well as mitigating fraud risks on transactional activity; Receives and analyzes all CTRs Monitors and performs tracking of all fraud issues across all channels of credit union; prepares reports for management based on this tracking Aids manager in Enterprise Risk Management solutions for the Credit Union Processes requests for information from governmental agencies and any fraud cases we elect to pursue Reviews all wires out of the Credit Union ensuring the wire is not fraudulent Conducts investigations and runs reports on customer identification program for loan purchase programs Files cases of potential Elder Abuse with County agencies Conducts full Customer Identification Program (CIP) and OFAC searches on all members Reviews and performs all duties associated with 314a Position Requirements: High school diploma required 1 years of related work experience, with fraud investigation type work preferred Self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and can accurately complete work within required time frames under minimum supervision driven by a sense of urgency Possesses proficient skills to open, create, and modify various documents using the Microsoft Suite (e.g. documents, spreadsheets, email, etc) and enter/retrieve information using various applications/systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of bank and external customers Must possess the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and document those findings in a clear and concise report Must maintain confidentiality of all information received and distributed Connexus Credit Union's Recent Recognitions: 2022 Best Credit Union – Bankrate 2022 Best Checking Account – Forbes Advisor 2022 Best Credit Union in the U.S. – Kiplinger Fourth Largest Credit Union in Wisconsin (by asset size) Equal Opportunity Employer/Disabled/Veterans/41 CFR 60–1.4, 41 CFR 60-1.35 About Connexus Credit Union Serving more than 450,000 members nationwide, Wausau, WI-based Connexus Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative with over $5.2 billion in assets and 680 employees.
