Duties:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide general support to visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Assist in organizing office events or meetings
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Experience with order entry systems for efficient processing
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents
- Previous experience is a plus
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Familiarity with office procedures is advantageous
- Capable of providing personal assistant duties when needed
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
