- Manage and maintain compensation data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support testing of Workday compensation configuration and business processes
- Serve as a point of contact for Workday compensation-related inquiries
- Has workday HCM HR configuration Experience
- Has workday HCM HR conversion Load Experience
- Has Workday HCM Conversion Mapping experience
- Example : Strong understanding of Workday supervisory org structures, job profiles and position structures and how to facilitate the conversion into these structures
