- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate and efficient resolution to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure all information is entered correctly into the system
- Identify and escalate issues that require immediate attention to the appropriate parties
- Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
