Financial Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement accounting operational strategies
• Manage the consolidation of financial data for accurate business results
• Coordinate monthly bank account reconciliations
• Prepare internal and external financial statements
• Evaluate accounting and internal control systems
• Oversee regulatory reporting and compliance
• Hire, train, and retain skilled accounting staff

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills in finance
• 7-10 years of finance experience with 3 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Experience in a senior financial role at a mortgage company or financial institution preferred
