HR Recruitment Specialist
A full-time Recruitment Specialist position has just opened up on our team for this full-time, Monday-Friday position.
We seek an individual who brings a disciplined approach to their work, enjoys and works as a supportive team member in a team-based environment as part of a broader HR function. We are interested in speaking with professionals who bring experience delivering results, great customer service, ability to effectively interact with hiring managers with a consultative approach while leveraging a state-of-the-art ATS and other systems. A full suite of tools are available to help ensure your success. Our team focuses on support and wins within a positive, team based environment.
You'll be part of a 4-person on-site HR team supporting our healthcare client of 500 employees. This position will drive recruitment outcomes, deliver a weekly dashboard to update the organization on activity, successes and hard to fill areas. Additionally, this position offers more than usual autonomy, and will be part of the HR team, which will allow for growth within the HR function.
Bachelor's Degree, along 2-3 years recruitment experience, with a preference to include healthcare experience.
