About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting Preparation:
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Communication Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the CEO.
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and other departments.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making.
- Industry Engagement:
- Arrange and coordinate the CEO’s participation in aerospace and defense industry conferences, venture capital meetings, and other key events.
- Accompany the CEO on business trips and provide on-the-ground support.
- Office Management:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools.
