You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and logistics, to drive customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and ensure seamless execution of all aspects of the account lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Account Management: Oversee day-to-day account activities, including contract negotiations, pricing, and product/service recommendations. Ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of all client orders and services.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on progress, pipeline development, and account status. Analyze data to forecast and meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution to provide clients with effective solutions.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly and professionally address any client issues or complaints, aiming for timely and effective solutions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in [specific industry]
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal to communicate effectively with clients.
