Job Description:
Drew’s Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Account Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of 50 accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the landscaping industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client accounts are well-maintained, services are delivered on time, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of 50 client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong client relationships.
- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and supervise maintenance crews to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, including lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance.
- Knowledge of Plant Matter: Provide guidance and expertise to clients regarding plant health, landscape design, and seasonal care.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality of service, identify potential issues, and ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of service schedules, work completed, and any client concerns or feedback.
- Problem Resolution: Address any client concerns or service-related issues, working to resolve problems promptly and professionally.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients and support the sales team in growing the client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the lawn care, landscaping, or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of maintenance professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and landscaping practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns and inquiries effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions.
- Experience in sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools.
- Horticultural or landscaping certifications.
- Experience in managing accounts with diverse service needs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
