Job Functions :
Communicate and coordinate with customers, foreman, and architects effectively for accurate completion of jobs.
Ensure the needs of the customer are met and exceeded.
Grow and train employees to improve company culture and lower turnover rate.
Ensure jobs are completed within time frame and at or under budget.
Ensure the fulfillment of orders.
Effectively manage employees of different skillsets and knowledge.
Any other tasks delegated by owners
Job Requirements :
Background in operations management
Knowledge in landscaping practices is a plus
Knowledge in quarrying practices is a plus
Knowledge in growing and training teams
Highly-motivated, self-driven individual who is detail oriented.
