Summary
The Rental Admin provides departmental support to streamline processes and ensure departmental accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Take rental calls and assist walk-in customers.
- Ensure proper rental paperwork is filled out and signed by the customer before equipment has left the yard.
- Ensure customer insurance is valid and on file for each rental
- Assist with rental department billing, including customer billing and damage billings
- Track fuel sales and damage billing.
- Assist with rental coordination with salesmen's customers.
- Receive and input new equipment
- Assist with completing year-end inventory count.
- Assist with inventory management for attachments.
- Create equipment reports on regular intervals
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop and cell phone.
Most work is completed in an office environment.
This position will require walking, standing, bending and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
