ERP Business Analyst

Construction Partners, Inc. ("CPI") is currently seeking a skilled ERP Business Analyst to join our team in Raleigh, NC as we make a major upgrade to all of our software systems. The ERP Business Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our ERP systems to support our construction operations. Constuction Partners is a leading heavy civil construction company located in eight states that specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

What you will do:

• Analyze and evaluate current ERP systems (Trimble Vista, HCSS) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance ERP system functionality and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users of the Trimble Vista ERP suite of products and all 3rd party related software.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system processes and configurations.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Assist in the integration of new software and tools with existing ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.

What you will need: (minimum qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in one of these disciplines; Information Technology, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL and other coding languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of construction industry processes and terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in Trimble Vista, HCSS, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of deploying APIs.
• 1-3 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst, preferably in the construction industry.

This is an in-person, in-office position. This is not a remote role.
