The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Residential / Multi-family insulation estimating.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales : Prospect new business and develop strong business relationships with clients
Project Cost Estimation : Calculate and prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs using blueprints and completing take-offs manually..
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and correspondence for future reference and analysis.
Requirements :
- An self-starter who is proactive in increasing sales revenue
- Results-driven
- Up-sell to existing customers
- Manage leads promptly
- Create strong business relationships Builders / Contractors
- Recommend the most suitable solution according to the customer's requirements
- 3 years of Insulation sales experience
- 3 years experience in construction / insulation industry estimating required
- Proficiency in construction estimating
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Self-starter and proactive in increasing sales revenue
- Computer software proficiency - MS Suite
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- A valid driver's license
