What You'll Be Doing
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide front-line support for IT-managed systems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and manufacturing hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and 11 systems using manual or scripted imaging
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD accounts, including user provisioning and file share permissions
- Monitor and maintain desk phones, smartphones, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot networking issues, including IP addressing and subnetting
- Ensure automated patch management to keep systems updated and secure
Project Leadership and Continuous Improvement
- Take ownership of projects and contribute to improving IT support processes
- Collaborate with team leads to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices
- Work towards standardizing and optimizing IT workflows

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Excellent communication skills and patience when working with team members at all technical levels
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, networking, and troubleshooting IT hardware and software

- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed
