What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Estimator/Project Manager position at CONSULTREE CONSULTING SERVICES LLC?
- repare cost estimates for various projects, including conceptual, design-build, and general tender work.
- Independently calculate materials, labor, and equipment costs based on proposals, plans, and specifications, including project closings.
- Review data to determine material and labor requirements, creating detailed itemized lists.
- Draft requests for quotations to secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Utilize estimating software (e.g., Accubid Classic or Anywhere) for precise cost calculations.
- Collaborate with Estimating Manager to establish indirect costs and overheads for each estimate.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- 2 years of electrical estimating experience in the electrical contracting industry.
- Experience in developing electrical service quotes/estimates in a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical sub-trades scope of work.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and interpret schematics and P&IDs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of Accubid Estimating Software.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
