Job Title: Supply Chain Director / General Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize planning, internal manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics. This role focuses on scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has expertise in supply chain management, third-party logistics (3PL), and internal & external manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business growth
- Oversee planning, production, sourcing, and logistics operations
- Drive process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong supplier and logistics partnerships
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain and manufacturing
- Proven ability to scale operations and optimize supply chains
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management tools
