Job Overview
Seeking a compassionate and active provider for a spirited and playful young man with a big personality! He is highly intelligent and loves to stay busy (especially outdoors). His ideal provider is someone who can keep up with his energy and engage him in ways that go beyond typical play for his age. The right candidate will have experience with behavioral support. He may not do well around pets or other children, so we’re looking for someone who can provide a 1:1 supportive environment. If you're an energetic, patient, and experienced provider ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Location: Eau Claire, WI (RESPITE LOCATION IS FLEXIBLE - 1st FEW WILL BE DONE IN THE CHILDS HOME)
Pay: $21.00/hour - (before tax rates)
Schedule: 4 hours/week available - FLEXIBLE SHIFTS - Available M-Th (after12:30pm – 4:00pm), FRI (9:00am-4:00pm), No weekends.

Requirements
- Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Behavioral Experience
*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
