We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide respite care for a youth female with autism and ADHD. The primary focus of this role is ensuring safety supervision and assisting with daily living skills in a supportive and nurturing environment. This is a part-time position, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while also engaging in fun developmental activities with the client.

WAGE-
$20.28/Hour
Schedule-
Up to 5 hours a week
Flexible Schedule to be Created in Advance with Managing Party (Parent)
Duties-
- Provide safety supervision and direct 1:1 support tailored to the child’s specific needs.
- Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation, hygiene routines, and basic household tasks.
- Engage the child in structured and age-appropriate activities that support social and emotional development.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the child, encouraging their independence and confidence.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding the child’s progress and any concerns.
Skills-
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism and/or ADHD, is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and adapt to the child’s unique needs.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Requirements-
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal/caregiver background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR Certified preferred
