We are urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide support and supervision for a youth female with special needs out into the community. The child has been diagnosed with a disorder, which can sometimes result in challenging days but overall is a ball of fun active energy. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and equipped to manage fluctuating emotions and behavior, providing a safe and supportive environment while engaging in fun activities. Previous experience with children who have mental health conditions is a plus, but a caring and adaptable attitude is most important. If you have a very active but patient mindset this position may be the perfect fit for you!

WAGE-
$14.13/Hour
Schedule-
Flexible Weekends - 5hrs/week

Duties-
- Provide direct one-on-one care and support to youth with mental health delay, following individualized care plans and instructions from the managing party (Parent).
- Engage client in meaningful activities out in the community, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being included but not limited to: Action City visits, Yoga, Gymnastics, Art, Sports, Hikes, ect.
- Monitor client for signs of distress or changes in condition, and report any concerns to managing party (Parent).
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and progress, and communicate regularly with managing party (Parent).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, including proper use and maintenance of supplies.
Requirements-
- Authorized to Work in the U.S.
- Able to Pass a Criminal/Caregiver Background Check
- Reliable Transportation, Driver's License, and Auto Insurance
