IT Project Manager
We are currently searching for an IT Project Manager to join our team of over thirty five amazing IT specialists. In this position you will work closely with some of our largest and most complex clients using your project management and technical skills to solve their biggest problems and open up their biggest opportunities. By implementing new technologies and processes you will revolutionize the way your clients businesses operate and grow.
This is a foundational team member opportunity in Tulsa and you will be part of the first 12 team members in Tulsa, forging a path for the company and your career as we grow this office to over 100 team members in the coming years.

How You Will Make an Impact
- You will listen to your clients and their stakeholders, learning their business and scoping their projects appropriately.
- Leading and executing multiple projects, you will deliver them on a timely basis within specific deadlines.
- Create expectations and timelines for each project with clients.
- Do hands-on work with multiple technologies at a Tier 2 and Tier 3 level.
- You will run regular meetings with clients to review project requirements, tasks and responsibilities, keeping your clients and team accountable.
- You will support project work onsite when required, getting to know your clients' businesses closely.
- Document procedures that were performed at client including time spent, and report back to your manager with any follow up items.
- Work with your manager, and other team members to recruit, train and build our team of project managers and engineers here in Tulsa.
