We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale IT projects within the engineering industry. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring open communication and setting expectations accurately.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the engineering industry.
- Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, O365, and InTune.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex IT projects successfully.
