What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Adjuster Homeowner Litigation position at Continental Staffing, Inc.?
Continental Staffing, Inc. has REMOTE, temporary, homeowner litigation positions available. Prefer candidates located in Florida as these are Florida claims. You will join a group of professionals who have a good working atmosphere and are always striving to improve their service to the insureds. You will handle your claims from "cradle to grave" with the minimal assistance of defense counsel. Seeking team players who can enjoy working with other claims professionals. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with an hour for lunch. Weekly pay by direct deposit. Cafeteria plan access available for health, vision, dental, life and disability insurances.
- Prefer candidates with over 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years is HO litigation experience
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Need adjusters with strong negotiation skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in decision making
- Prefer candidates with prior insurance company staff experience
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a current Florida 620 adjuster license
- Industry designations such as CPCU, AIC, ARM, SCLA are a plus!
- Spanish fluency is a plus!
