Continental is looking for a standout Recruiter to support our rapidly expanding territory and company. We’re especially looking for someone who thrives while collaborating, loves building cross-department relationships and seeks open communication. A perfect culture fit would be someone who takes their work seriously but not themselves as much. And if you love food and the service industry, even better!

In terms of role specifics, we’re looking for someone obsessed with serving as the subject matter expert in recruiting, sourcing and onboarding of candidates. The Recruiter will act as a consultant to hiring managers, collaborator to their peers and advocate for their candidates. The primary areas of responsibility for the Recruiter are: candidate lifecycle, hiring manager relationship – both building and fostering, and lead generation experimenter.

WHO YOU ARE

The Recruiter at Continental is a valuable member of our team who:

· Has multi-state or regional recruiting experience

· Has demonstrated success with large or high volume position for diverse roles

· Collaborates with HR partners and leaders to develop a recruitment strategy that ensures a top talent pipeline

· Provides detailed reporting on recruiting efforts within the Region

· Partners closely with HR Generalists in each area of business

· Ability to manage full life cycle recruiting.

· Promotes compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulation.

· Folds in Continental Culture throughout recruiting discipline.

· Must have the ability to be creative in sourcing and onboarding strategies.

· Ability to influence others to follow recruiting process.

· Ability to build a competitively superior organization by attracting talent.

· Has a minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience
