In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and administering cryotherapy treatments. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales-Focused Consultations:** Greet clients and conduct in-depth pre-treatment consultations to understand their needs and goals, and propose tailored cryotherapy solutions.

- **Drive Sales & Upsell:** Actively promote and sell cryotherapy packages and services, ensuring clients understand the value of long-term treatment plans.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with **uncapped commissions** and bonuses based on your performance.

- **Client Education:** Educate clients on the benefits of cryotherapy, treatment options, and long-term wellness goals.

- **Client Retention:** Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and foster long-term relationships.

- **Documentation & Records:** Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and sales data.

- **Collaborative Team Environment:** Work with your team to ensure an exceptional client experience, promoting a sales-oriented, client-first approach.

- **Facility Maintenance:** Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming treatment area, ensuring the best possible client experience.
