Position Overview:
As a Spa Specialist, you will provide exceptional cryo treatments and services to our clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for delivering various treatments, maintaining spa facilities, and promoting our services to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of cryo treatments, including cryo-slimming, cryo facials, pain management and more.
- Assess client needs and customize treatments to ensure the best possible experience.
-Track client progress throughout their journey
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Educate clients on services, products, and wellness techniques.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
-Communicate with prospects, clients and appointment setters daily.
-Maintain sales KPIs/weekly and monthly goals.
-Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Qualifications:
- Consultative sales experience required.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for wellness and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
-Self motivated nature with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
