ControlByWeb is seeking an Office Assistant to manage incoming phone calls and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to prospective and existing customers by quickly identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate sales or support contact.
As the first point of contact for incoming calls, the Office Assistant will prioritize answering the phone promptly with a friendly and professional greeting. This role also includes supporting the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks, such as data entry, travel coordination, scheduling trade show shipments, and more. The Office Assistant will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Represent the ControlByWeb brand by providing excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry and manage information in Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and trade show logistics.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned, based on skillset and availability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Office Assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar software is a plus but not required.
