What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Technical Support position at Converged Security Solutions?
CSS has an exciting opportunity for a seasonal IT Technical Support person to gain valuable workplace experience with a professional company, while having a direct impact on our business. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to learn about and actively support our business and end-users. Responsibilities function across CSS and our two operating companies, Evolver and eVigilant.
This position will working out of the corporate headquarters office in Reston, Virginia.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks and assignments will vary based on current workload and projects; however, this position will include working across Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Cybersecurity domains to solve problems, support users, reduce user friction, and ensure a secure computing environment. There will be opportunities to work with subject matter experts from the IT team.
Duties include :
- Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
Incident and Service helpdesk ticket resolution
Security Stack audit and remediation
User account auditing
Visit to the datacenter to discuss operations and see it in action.
