About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Service Coordinator to manage incoming customer calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching, tracking, and scheduling service requests in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will also oversee:
- Call status updates and changes
- New site entries and modifications in our database
- General inquiries and customer issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
- Safety policy adherence during technician check-in/check-out procedures
- Supervisor notifications for missing or late technicians
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational abilities.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
