THE ROLE
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client service that exceeds expectations in every interaction. This position will report directly to the firm’s Director of Operations & Director of Client Engagement.

RESPONSIBILTIES
- Acting as the first point of contact providing a positive client experience
- Scheduling appointments for clients with our financial advisors
- Preparing client presentations
- Performing support functions for clients’ needs
- Supporting advisors by handling routine tasks
- Data input and verification of all client information in Client Relationship Management software
- Take initiative to continuously develop skills and industry knowledge to enhance the value of all client interactions
- Will seek out opportunities to assist peers with daily volume
- Works efficiently with a pre-defined schedule or set of existing priorities, but able to be flexible if a situation calls for it. Asks for assistance dealing with conflicting priorities but responsible for managing own tasks
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Financial Services Industry
- College degree preferred
- Eastern time zone preferred
- Knowledge of Fidelity system preferred
- Back Office Operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance business preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce preferred
