Cook & James, is a real estate law firm based in Roswell Georgia. This year the firm is celebrating 16 years of success and is currently looking for an experienced Post-Closing Paralegal to join our team.
Our ideal candidate would have 4 years experience as a Post-Closer and know this role inside and out. Candidates must be organized, professional and possess accomplished verbal and written abilities, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a dedicated work ethic.
Experience with Qualia is a plus.
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask.
Strong technology skills and the ability to work in several systems, including Qualia.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and fellow team members.
