The Finance Associate at Cook Group will be responsible for completing various financial tasks in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) and company standard procedures. Responsibilities
- Financial Tasks: Prepare invoices, monitor receivables, and perform collections activities as needed.
- Accounting Operations: Receive and prepare deposits from all sources, oversee the A/P process, and enter new vendors into corporate systems.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare financial statements, productivity figures, and perform project financial analysis upon request.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred, Associate degree required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience, with knowledge of computerized accounting and reporting systems.
- Skills: Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications, attention to detail, and ability to present a professional demeanor in interactions.
