Short Description
This position will support one or more of the senior leaders at Cooper University Health Care. General duties include scheduling meetings, data management, composing, typing, organizing, maintaining and distributing documents and incoming/outgoing correspondence, handling confidential personnel and financial documents, and assists leaders with daily operational functions.
Experience Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Education Requirements
High school diploma/GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field, preferred.
