Lumark has an exciting opportunity to form a team of Executive Assistants and Administrative Personnel on-site at the Tech Center in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We are looking for professionals ranging in expertise and experience to provide Tech Center staff offices with the support necessary to accomplish their goals, mandates, and objectives as defined by the FAA.

Qualifications
- Strong background at the FAA’s WJHTC providing administrative support.
- Ability to handle pressure to include last minute changes and urgent requests.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Currently hold, or have recently held (within 1 year) a public trust clearance or higher, or have received a suitability determination through the FAA.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) with 3 years of experience
Job Requirements:
- Respond to telephone requests, refers calls and visitors to the appropriate FAA WJHTC Program Office. Screen telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence. Prepare routine correspondence for signature.
- Maintain calendars, make appointments, and arrange meeting rooms.
- Review materials prepared for approval for typographical accuracy and proper format. Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with the FAA’s procedures.
- Maintain recurring internal reports, such as Time and Attendance Discrepancy Reports, office equipment listings, correspondence controls, and training plans.
- Manage the inventory of supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services.
- Type, take, and transcribe dictation, and establish and maintain office files.
- Exhibit expertise of requirements concerning office procedures.
- Coordinate personnel and administrative forms and forward for processing.
- Anticipate and prepare materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls. Make arrangements for conferences and meetings and assemble background materials as needed.
