Short Description
Cooper is seeking a per diem HR Associate to join the Organizational Effectiveness & Learning team. In this role, you will use your organization, customer service, and data entry skills to assist in our day-to-day operations. You will also assist our team in tasks required for our education events and engagement programs.
- Maintain training documents including records of attendance, program materials, and evaluations.
- Process and track program attendance in Cooper’s Learning Management System.
- Monitor email inboxes, and process and respond to customer inquiries.
- Order and coordinate supplies and materials for Organizational Effectiveness Learning (OEL) programs.
- Assist with OEL events - preparations and day-of logistics.
- Assist in organizing, processing, and reporting on OEL data.
- Work with the team on organizing OEL electronic files and shared spaces.
Experience Required
- Customer-focused; able to prioritize, navigate, and escalate customer concerns as situations require.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently with deadlines and changing priorities.
- Problem-solver with a creative mindset.
- Professional manner with strong organization and time management.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Special Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, intermediate skills a plus
