Summary
Cooperstown All Star Village is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Director to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and driving profitability across all food and beverage outlets. The Director will provide leadership to a diverse team, manage budgets, and uphold quality and safety standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage operations to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Oversee all daily Food and Beverage operations, including restaurants, concessions, player dining, and special events.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and presentation.
- Lead and develop food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial planning for all food and beverage operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality products and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Innovate menus and offerings to align with guest expectations and industry trends.
- Work closely with marketing to promote food and beverage programs and drive sales.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
