This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and driving profitability across all food and beverage outlets. The Director will provide leadership to a diverse team, manage budgets, and uphold quality and safety standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage operations to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Oversee all daily Food and Beverage operations, including restaurants, concessions, player dining, and special events.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and presentation.
- Lead and develop food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial planning for all food and beverage operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality products and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Innovate menus and offerings to align with guest expectations and industry trends.
- Work closely with marketing to promote food and beverage programs and drive sales.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
We required:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a high-volume, resort, or sports hospitality setting.
- Culinary background or certification.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of marketing and event planning for food and beverage operations.
- Routinely required to work extended hours as dictated by business needs
- Physical ability to accomplish all tasks
- Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds at least 20% of the time
- Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, and dust/particles
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
