Top-ranking official responsible for overall management of the agency, including strategic leadership, financial management, public representation, team management, and operational management. Well-established, progressive nonprofit organization located in Genesee and Orleans Counties, offering help to those impacted by substance use disorder through prevention, treatment, residential, detox, and recovery services for almost 50 years. The agency operates with an approximate $13 million budget and has 160 employees.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or social science field (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed and / or credentialed (LCSW, LMHC, CASAC, CPP, etc.).
- At least ten years of increasing supervisory and management experience in the substance use and / or mental health field.
Salary range of $115,000 – $125,000 commensurate with experience. Pre-employment background and drug screening required. Closing date for applications is 01 / 15 / 2025.
