MAIN DUTIES :
- Process documents thru verification and indexing
- Set-up Approved Sourcing Rules, Sourcing Rules Assignment and MRO Item Creation in Oracle
- Generate and publish reports as stated in process documents and schedule timeline
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers for information needed on different surveys
- Support Business Plan Continuity to the other Supply Chain teams
