What You Will Do.
- Coordinate scheduling of transportation for consumers to and from CCMH services.
- Help with staff scheduling to keep our operations running seamlessly.
- Assist with representative payee accounts and manage petty cash reconciliation.
- Keep schedules organized for psychiatrists and prepare charts for appointments.
- Assist staff with minor IT issues.
- Occasionally pass client medications as required.
- Maintain and organize consumer records, including electronic medical records.
- Handle routine office tasks like scanning, filing, typing reports, and phone coverage.
- $15.30 – $21.97 per hour based on experience.

- Paid time off.
- Full-time Monday – Friday position generally working 8am – 5pm.
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months’ professional office experience required.
- Experience working with electronic medical records preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook email/calendar is required.
- A pleasant personality that is helpful and able to communicate with a variety of people by phone, email, and in-person.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, remain organized, and meet deadlines.
