We're on the lookout for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Copper Premium Pub in Lake Wylie, SC. If you love whipping up delicious dishes and are a pro at menu planning, managing food costs, and ensuring top-notch food quality, we want to chat with you.

As an Executive Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef on menu development, food prep, and back of house operations. Your skills in banquet catering, culinary arts, and catering will be crucial in keeping our food and drinks at the highest quality.

The perfect candidate will have a degree in Culinary Arts and be ServSafe Certified, with a solid background in restaurant management, food safety, and sanitation practices. Experience in food handling, cooking, cost management, ordering, and purchasing is also a must.
