Overview:
CopyCat is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/ Office Assistant in our Coral Springs, Florida office location.
Candidates should preferably have a minimum of 1-3 years of receptionist or customer service experience. Law firm experience is preferred.
In addition, candidates should be interested in working in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
Principal Duties Include:
- Answering phones, directing callers to the appropriate person and/or taking detailed messages
- Updating the Firm’s case management software (CMS) as calls come in
- Recording intake of returned mail to our CMS
- Printing and mailing documents for the Firm
- Handling the processing of settlement agreement payments in our CMS
- Prepare and send case closing statements to clients
- Helping clients with infringement discovery
- Communicating daily with attorneys and staff
- Scheduling meetings as requested
- Maintaining the help email inbox
- Performing other duties as requested or assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
