Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Brand Leadership
- Ensure an exceptional, world-class dining experience for members and guests, upholding the elevated service and culinary standards of Chef Keller’s brand.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP members and guests, ensuring personalized service and a high level of engagement.
- Oversee the reservation system, guest flow, and seating strategy to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, quality control, and guest experience.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to maintain a harmonious collaboration between the culinary and service teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize revenue, control costs, and achieve budgeted goals.
- Analyze sales trends, labor costs, and inventory data to drive profitability without compromising quality.
- Oversee wine and beverage program execution, ensuring alignment with the restaurant’s fine dining standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for premium ingredients, supplies, and services.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance front-of-house team, fostering professional growth and excellence.
- Implement comprehensive training programs focused on service excellence, product knowledge, and hospitality standards.
- Inspire and lead with a hands-on approach, actively engaging in service to set the tone for the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and recognition programs to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Work closely with the Events team to execute private dining experiences, wine dinners, and exclusive member events.
- Ensure flawless execution of high-profile gatherings, VIP events, and culinary collaborations.
- 5 years of fine dining leadership experience, preferably in a Michelin-starred or Forbes 5-star setting.
- Proven track record in luxury hospitality, private club, or high-end restaurant management.
- Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining service protocols.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Experience managing high-profile clientele and VIP guest relations.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and excellence.
- Knowledge of Chef Keller’s philosophy and standards is a strong advantage.
