As the Owner Experience Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our homeowner acquisition strategy. Collaborating closely with company leaders, your mission will be to identify and recruit non-participating owners at Kaanapali Ali'i to join our rewarding rental program. You'll excel in securing new rental contracts through relationship-building with realtors and referral sources, proactively soliciting potential homeowners, and partnering with property managers to enhance our rental initiatives. Your success will hinge on fostering trusted, long-lasting relationships with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and the CoralTree Residence Collection (CTRC).

Your key contributions will include:

• Driving innovation and initiatives to enhance the owner experience

• Serving as the go-to expert for all CTRC-related products, services, and amenities

• Cultivating a customer-centric culture through exemplary modeling and encouragement

• Acting as a passionate ambassador for CTRC

• Educating homeowners about the undeniable benefits of our rental program and demonstrating how CTRC is the ideal vacation rental management solution for their property in Hawaii

• Managed rental agreement uploads, facilitated new owner communications, and ensured seamless access to the owner portal

• Upholding positive relationships with homeowners by embodying the values of CoralTree Residence Collection

• Addressing owner requests promptly and professionally

• Maintaining an organized homeowner customer relationship manager database with essential details like residence ownership, preferences, and important dates to deepen our connections

Qualifications:

• A degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major is preferred.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional areas preferred.
• Experience with condominium or real estate projects involving direct responsibility for homeowners or homeowners’ associations relations preferred.
• Familiar with hotel property management systems and the ability to learn new software and related applications.
• Demonstrates behaviors that foster a customer-centric culture.
• Act as an ambassador of CoralTree Residence Collection.
