Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Owner Relations Manager to join our Owner's Relations Team. In this essential role, you will serve as a dedicated liaison between property owners and our vacation rental management team, ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and high levels of owner satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining strong, lasting relationships with property owners, while overseeing property standards and helping to maximize the value of each owner’s investment. Must live on Maui.
This is a key position within our organization that requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with expertise in computer programs and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates on property performance.
Maintain regular communication with owners regarding property standards, rental performance, maintenance, and other operational matters.
Coordinate with the vacation rental management team to ensure properties meet or exceed brand and operational standards.
Provide ongoing support to owners to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term relationships.
Assist in managing property listings, pricing strategies, and availability to optimize rental income and property performance.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues and deliver consistent service to property owners and guests.
Track and report on property owner satisfaction, working proactively to address any concerns.
Assist with new property onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the rental program.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the property management, vacation rental, or hospitality industries.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with property management software and other common office programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Candidate must reside on Maui full time.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in vacation rental management or real estate.
Familiarity with property management systems and vacation rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) is beneficial.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
