Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Be able to work alone on tasks, such as invoicing and accounting work.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff, ensuring clear communication.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), but advanced experience in QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in invoicing and accounting, as well as advanced computer skills.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus, but not necessary.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
