Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is working with a long-time client in the Gettysburg / Hanover, PA area that is searching for a Desktop and Network Support Specialist for a manufacturing and distribution facility in the area. Candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all computer equipment in the manufacturing facility.
Candidate will be responsible for :
- Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, printers, software, and networks.
- Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage and maintain server and software backup systems.
- Implement and maintain IT process automation.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, and patches.
- Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Be available for occasional travel to other sites / branches in the United States.
