This is a unique opportunity to work closely with their outgoing CFO to ensure a smooth transition. In this role, you will manage cash flow, financial statements, payroll, collections, banking relationships, and more. This role is based in Greenville, South Carolina but is open to a remote option for someone with heavy law firm experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations including cash flow management, financial statement preparation, and payroll processing.
- Collaborate with attorneys to manage collections and maintain banking relationships.
- Handle banking transactions, billing reports, and budgeting (August–January cycle).
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 accounting professionals: Accounting Supervisor, 3 Billers, AP, and 2 GL.
- Utilize Aderant (our long-standing legal billing and accounting system) alongside manual Excel workarounds.
- Drive the transition to a more integrated payroll solution planned for 2025.

Qualifications:
