As an IT Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and providing top-tier support to our team.  

 

Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • System Administration:  
    • Provision, patch, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 environments to keep operations seamless.  
    • Manage Microsoft 365 tools and corporate cloud infrastructure (Azure, Entra, Exchange, Intune).  
  • Networking: 
    • Configure and troubleshoot DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, SMTP, routers, firewalls, switches, and SonicWall devices.  
  • Security & Compliance:  
    • Maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.  
    • Ensure systems are secure through effective patch management and incident response.  
  • Customer-Focused Support:  
    • Provide user-friendly technical support for in-office and remote employees.  
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.  
  • Documentation:  
    • Use tools like Visio or Draw.io to create and maintain detailed system diagrams and process documentation. 

 

What You Bring to the Team:  

  • Education & Experience:  
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required 
    • 6 years of IT administration experience with a focus on Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management.  
  • Required Skills:  
    • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 provisioning, patching, and troubleshooting.  
    • Proficiency with configuring and managing on-prem network infrastructure, troubleshooting and repairing endpoint devices.  
    • Proficiency with managing cloud IT built around Microsoft 365  
    • Experience with RMM/MDM tools such as Intune or N-Able.  
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise documentation.  
    • Knowledge of network diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io).  
    • Ability to handle sensitive information that may only be disclosed to U.S. citizens under federal law.  
  • Preferred Skills:  
    • Experience working with Git  
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI security standards, and U.S. privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
