Piping Design Group Manager Role
At Core Group Resources Careers, we're seeking an experienced Piping Design Group Manager to lead our piping design team. This is a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of piping designers to develop and execute piping system designs.
- Oversee the production of piping layouts, system arrangements, and fabrication drawings in 2D and 3D environments.
- Ensure designs comply with industry codes and standards such as ANSI, ASME, and PFI.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design issues and ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in piping design, preferably in the marine or industrial sector.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD (2014 or later).
